Psalm 37
English Standard Version

行惡者를 因하여 不平하여 하지 말며
Fret not yourself because of evildoers
悪者のために自分自身をうらやむな。

不義를 行하는 者를 妬忌(투기)하지 말지어다
be not envious of wrongdoers!
不正行為者をうらやむな！

저희는 풀과 같이 速히 베임을 볼 것이며
For they will soon fade like the grass
彼らはすぐに草のように色あせ、

푸른 菜蔬(채소) 같이 衰殘(쇠잔)할 것임이로다
and wither like the green herb.
緑の薬草のように枯れるだろう。

여호와를 依賴하여 善을 行하라!
Trust in the Lord, and do good
主を信頼し、善を行いなさい。

땅에 居하여 그의 誠實로 食物을 삼을지어다
dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.
地に安住し、誠実と仲良くなりなさい。
(改譯한글：地に住みその誠実を食物としなさい)

또 여호와를 기뻐하라!
Delight yourself in the Lord,
主を喜ばせなさい。

저가 네 마음의 所願을 이루어 주시리로다
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
そうすれば、主はあなたに
あなたの願いを与えてくれるだろう。

너의 길을 여호와께 맡기라!
Commit your way to the Lord;
あなたの道を主に委ねよ。

主를 依支하면 主가 이루시고
trust in him, and he will act.
主を信頼すれば、主は成されるだろう。

主는 義를 빛같이 나타내시며
He will bring forth your righteousness as the light,
主はあなたの義を光として、

네 公義를 正午의 빛같이 하시리로다
and your justice as the noonday.
そしてあなたの正義を正午としてもたらすだろう。

여호와 앞에 潛潛(잠잠)하고 참아 기다리라!
Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him;
主の前にとどまり、主を辛抱強く待ちなさい。

不平하여 말지어다
fret not yourself
あなた自身を心配するな。

自己 길이 亨通(형통)하며
over the one who prospers in his way,
その者の方法で繁栄する人に対して

惡한 꾀를 이루는 者를 因하여
over the man who carries out evil devices!
邪悪な方法を実行する人に対して

忿(부)을 그치고 怒(노)를 버리라
Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath!
怒りを控え、怒りを捨てなさい！

不平하여 말라 行惡에 치우칠 뿐이라
Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil.
自分を案ずるな。それは悪になりがちだ。

大抵(대저) 行惡하는 者는 끊어질 것이나
For the evildoers shall be cut off,
悪を行う者は断たれる。

여호와를 企待(기대)하는 者는 땅을 차지하리로다
but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land.
主を待つ者はその地を相続する。

暫時(잠시) 後에 惡人이 없어지리니
In just a little while, the wicked will be no more;
もう少ししたら、邪悪はこれ以上存在できないだろう。

네가 그곳을 仔細(자세)히 살필지라도 없으리로다
though you look carefully at his place, he will not be there.
あなたが彼の場所を注意深く見ても、彼はそこにいないだろう。

오직 溫柔(온유)한 者는 땅을 차지하며
But the meek shall inherit the land
しかし、柔和な人は土地を相続し、

豊富한 和平으로 즐기리로다
and delight themselves in abundant peace.
豊かな平和で彼ら自身を喜ばせる。

惡人이 義人 치기를 꾀하고 向하여
The wicked plots against the righteous
邪悪な者たちは義人に対して陰謀を企て、

그 이를 가는도다
and gnashes his teeth at him,
彼に歯ぎしりする。

主께서 저를 웃으시리니
but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
しかし主は悪しき者を笑う。

그 날의 이름을 보심이로다
for he sees that his day is coming.
彼は自分の日が来るのを見るからである。

惡人이 칼을 빼고 활을 당기어
The wicked draw the sword and bend their bows
邪悪な者は剣を抜き、弓を曲げて

가난하고 窮乏(궁핍)한 者를 엎드러뜨리며
to bring down the poor and needy,
貧しい人々や窮乏する者を倒し、

行爲가 正直한 者를 죽이고자 하나
to slay those whose way is upright;
正しい道を行く者を殺す。

그 칼은 自己의 마음을 찌르고
their sword shall enter their own heart,
彼らのつるぎは彼ら自身の心に入り、

그 활은 부러지리로다
and their bows shall be broken.
彼らの弓は折られるであろう。

義人의 적은 所有가 勝하도다
Better is the little that the righteous has
義人が持っている小さなものは優れる。

많은 惡人의 豊富함보다
than the abundance of many wicked.
多くの邪悪な者の豊富さよりも

惡人의 팔은 부러지나
For the arms of the wicked shall be broken,
邪悪の腕は折られ

義人은 여호와께서 붙드시는도다
but the Lord upholds the righteous.
しかし、主は正義を支持する。

여호와께서 完全한 者의 날을 아시니
The Lord knows the days of the blameless,
主は責めのない日々を知っておられ、

저희 基業은 永遠하리로다
and their heritage will remain forever;
彼らの遺産は永遠に残るであろう。

저희는 患難 때에 부끄럽지 아니하며
they are not put to shame in evil times;
彼らは悪の時代に恥をかく事は無い。

饑饉의 날에도 豊足하려니와
in the days of famine they have abundance.
飢饉の日、彼らは豊かさを持っている。

惡人은 滅亡하고 But the wicked will perish;
しかし、邪悪な者は滅ぶ。

여호와의 怨讐는 어린 羊의 기름 같이
the enemies of the Lord are like the glory of the pastures;
主の敵は牧草地の栄光のようだ。

타서 煙氣되어 없어지리로다
they vanish—like smoke they vanish away.
彼らは消える。煙のように彼らは消える。

惡人은 꾸고 갚지 아니하나
The wicked borrows but does not pay back,
悪しき者は借りる。しかし、返済はしない。

義人은 恩惠를 베풀고 주는도다
but the righteous is generous and gives;
義人は寛大に与える。

主의 福을 받은 者는 땅을 차지하고
for those blessed by the Lord shall inherit the land,
主に祝福された者はその地を相続するが、

主의 詛呪(저주)를 받은 者는 끊어지리로다
but those cursed by him shall be cut off.
主に呪われた者は断たれる。

여호와께서 사람의 걸음을 定하시고
The steps of a man are established by the Lord,
人の歩みは、主によって定められる。

그 길을 기뻐하시나니
when he delights in his way;
主が主の道を喜ぶ時。

저는 넘어지나 아주 엎드러지지 아니함은
though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong,
彼は倒れても彼は真っ逆さまにならない。

여호와께서 손으로 붙드심이로다
for the Lord upholds his hand.
主が彼の手を支えているので、

내가 어려서부터 늙기까지
I have been young, and now am old,
若かった私が今、年をとっているが、

義人이 버림을 當하거나 그 子孫이 乞食함을 보지 못하였도다
yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken
or his children begging for bread.
義人が見捨てられたり、彼の子供たちが
パンを物乞いしたりするのを見たことがない。

저는 終日토록 恩惠를 베풀고 꾸어 주니
He is ever lending generously,
彼はこれまで寛大に施したので、

그 子孫이 福을 받는도다
and his children become a blessing.
彼の子供たちは祝福される。

惡에서 떠나 善을 行하라
Turn away from evil and do good;
悪から離れて善を行いなさい。

그리하면 永永히 居하리니
so shall you dwell forever.
そうすればあなたは永遠に生きる。

여호와께서 公義를 사랑하시고
For the Lord loves justice;
主は正義を愛するから

그 聖徒를 버리지 아니하심이로다
he will not forsake his saints.
彼は聖人を見捨てない。

저희는 永永히 保護를 받으나
They are preserved forever,
彼らは永遠に保護される

惡人의 子孫은 끊어지리로다
but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
邪悪な者の子供達は断ち切られる。

義人이 땅을 차지함이여 거기 永永히 居하리로다
The righteous shall inherit the land and dwell upon it forever.
義人はその土地を受け継ぎ、永遠にそこに住むであろう。

義人의 입은 智慧(지혜)를 말하고 그 혀는 公義를 이르며
The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom,
and his tongue speaks justice.
義人の口は知恵を発し、彼の舌は正義を語る。

그 마음에는 하나님의 法이 있으니
그 걸음에 失足(실족)함이 없으리로다
The law of his God is in his heart; his steps do not slip.
彼の神の律法は彼の心の中にあります。彼の歩みは滑らない。

惡人이 義人을 엿보아
The wicked watches for the righteous
邪悪な者は義人を監視し、

殺害할 機會를 찾으나
and seeks to put him to death.
彼を殺そうとする。

여호와는 저를 그 손에 버려두지 아니하시고
The Lord will not abandon him to his power
主は彼の力を見捨てたり、

裁判(재판) 때에도 定罪(정죄)치 아니하시리로다
(有罪 宣告를 받지 않게 하실 것이다)
or let him be condemned when he is brought to trial.
彼が裁判にかけられたときに
彼を非難させたりすることはない。

여호와를 바라고 그 道를 지키라
Wait for the Lord and keep his way,
主を待ち、その道を歩み続けなさい。

그리하면 너를 들어 땅을 차지하게 하실 것이라
and he will exalt you to inherit the land;
そうすれば、主はあなたを高め、地を受け継ぐであろう。

惡人이 끊어질 때에 네가 目覩(목도)하리로다
you will look on when the wicked are cut off.
邪悪な者が断ち切られるのをあなたは見る。

내가 惡人의 큰 勢力을 본즉
I have seen a wicked, ruthless man,
邪悪で冷酷な男を見たことがある。

綠色 月桂冠(월계관)처럼 自身을 넓히고 있다
spreading himself like a green laurel tree.
緑の月桂樹のように自分を広げている

사람이 지날 때에 저가 없어졌으니
But he passed away, and behold, he was no more;
しかし、彼は亡くなった。そして見よ、彼はもういない。

내가 찾아도 發見치 못하였도다
though I sought him, he could not be found.
私は彼を探したが見つからなかった。

完全한 사람을 살피고 正直한 者를 볼지어다
非難のない者に印を付け、正しい者を見よ。
Mark the blameless and behold the upright,

和平한 者의 結局은 平安이로다
for there is a future for the man of peace.
平和の人には未来があるから。

犯罪者들은 함께 滅亡하리니
But transgressors shall be altogether destroyed;
しかし、反逆者は完全に破壊される。

惡人의 結局은 끊어질 것이나
the future of the wicked shall be cut off.
邪悪な者の未来は断ち切られる。
transgressor：違反者(위반자). 罪人(죄인)

義人의 救援은 主님께로부터 오며,
The salvation of the righteous is from the Lord;
義人の救いは主からです。

主는 患難 때에 山城(避難處)이시로다
he is their stronghold in the time of trouble.
主は患難の時の彼らの拠点だ

主님이 그들을 도우셔서 救援하여 주신다.
The Lord helps them and delivers them;
主は彼らを助け、彼らを救い出される。

惡人에게서 건져 救援하심은 그를 依支한 緣故로다
(그들이 主님을 避難處로 삼았기에
主는 그들을 惡한 者들에게서 건져내셔서 救援하여 주신다)
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.
彼らが主に避難するので、主は彼らを
邪悪な者から救い出される。
